Try this out. Carry a few different types of ammo for fighting at different ranges. The web is defensive, in case something gets too close for you to track it. If you find that you need to perma run the armor rep then replace the rigs with cap control circuits and the web with a cap recharger...it should mske it cap stable. Just fly away from the rats and pop then as they follow you.

this fit is overtanked for almost all lvl2 missions. there are only two lvl2 missions that will really challenge your tank: 'The Blockade
' and 'Mission of Mercy'. for everything else, you can fit like this:

i put fitting rigs into the rig slots, so you can fit everything for sure. if you downgrade some the railguns to 125mm, you may be able to fit more useful rigs.
